i'm play this game 3day ago.
But i don't know wtf i can't not get Shotgun when creat new acc.
i creat 17 Acc. But i didn't get it .
Why ?????? I hear some ppl said they got it. But not me ....
Why ?? please help me.
I alway finsh tranning mission .....
But only get Rifle and Assasult gun. No more ......
isn't problem ?

Do the in-game assignments. Also, spamming accounts isn't cool in any universe.

Send an email into support with one of your 17 usernames and passwords that you don't mind losing and ask to have your assignments checked, and complain about not having a shotgun.

i creat new acc.
finshed all mission for newbie.
But i only get Assasult gun and Rifle.
i don't know why ? More ppl having problem like me, some one don't know they can get shotgun =,="........

GM or mod can help me ? (my english is bad :D )

I could be wrong as you may have already tried it, have you tried doing the "main duties"" assignments" and I mean all of them?

Me and another friend that just recently started playing have also come across this 'Bug(?)' where new players aren't acquiring the permanent shotgun from the Assignments in the Rookie channel. I've emailed Reality Gap about it, but I'm yet to have a response.Hopefully there will be some news on it.

If I am not mistaking, I read that RGI was working on this bug, and that hopefully it should be fixed soon. Just keep an eye out. :)
