Ok so the reaver armor explodes and has fast regeneration, reduced jumping less over all armor vs duraform...... But what in heck does "Team Damage -30%" or "Team Defence +30%" I cant remember what It said which one but am I getting this wrong or is it saying it actully benefits the other humans on my team giving them armor boost?

it's team damage -30% and it seem to lower the damage you recieve by 30%. Saying team damage -30% it might work as the aura all human has when they level up, giving boost to nerby humans. Not sure though but it seems likly

Im quite certain its refering to the amount of damage you recieve from your team (basically if you get shot with a Grenade launcher by a teammate it will do less then normal)

As khorne said its damage done by your team thats reduced, but its not only from your team but damage done by the persons nade launcher (if i shoot my foot i will get less damage in reaver, basicly its done in a way that nades just bounce off your armor, making it a good armor for dual naders or nade ramboes).
